ARMX Affiliate Terms & FAQ

Q: How do I participate in the Affiliate Program? A: You can register as an affiliate by completing quick and easy form. Then grab your unique affiliate link, promote, and earn when sales result from your link.

Q: What products are eligible for commissions? A: All paid products in the ARMX shop are eligible for commissions, including any premium subscription tiers, digital downloads, and physical merchandise.

Q: Can I earn from the free products such as the “Crew” membership? A: Yes! While the Crew rank is a $0 signup and does not pay an immediate commission, it has the potential to generate commissions for you, along with other rewards. When a user joins the Crew via your link, they are tagged to your account for as long as you and they maintain active memberships on any tier. If that member ever buys a product or upgrades their membership in the future, you automatically receive the commission for that sale. This is also true for any other free products offered in the Pop Shop.

Q: Does this program apply to other Art Mechanix shops on other platforms? A. This program is only for the Art Mechanix Pop Shop, as we have no way to track referral sales on other platforms. However, if you have significant successful referrals to other platforms, please document them (screenshots or PDFs) for consideration of other rewards.

Q: What is the Pop Shop commission rate? A: Our standard rate is 25% recurring for subscriptions and 25% one-time for shop products (merch/downloads). Note: High-volume affiliates may be eligible for a bump to 30%.

Q: When and how do I get paid? A: We process payouts monthly. Currently, payment processor options include PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. To trigger a payout, your account must have a minimum balance of $25.00.

Q: How and where should I promote ARMX? A: You have the freedom to promote anywhere you believe you can reach people who would enjoy the work produced here. We only ask that you be respectful of people you engage with and respect the policies of any platforms you use. We don’t allow or condone the use of spam or any other tactics that would be considered unethical, manipulative, or fraudulent in the promotion of the brand or the work created here. It has the potential to do irreversible harm to Art Mechanix and the people we want to connect with.

Q: How do you track my referrals and for how long? A: We use a 30-day tracking cookie within the shop itself. If someone clicks your link but doesn’t sign up until 3 weeks later, you still get the credit. Once they register an account, the link becomes permanent in our database. As long as your referral does not alter the cookie, sales will be accounted for.

Q: Can I see my own earnings? A: Yes, you can! As soon as you affiliate account is approved (usually instantly), you get your very own affiliate portal within your shop Dashboard. There, you’ll able to see basic info for every account that has used your link. The summary will include information such as the percentage cut you earned from each sale, total earnings, and other analytics. Remember, free products generate $0 but still count towards activities that can earn you other member bonuses and rewards.

Q: Can I use my own affiliate link to buy things? A: No. Self-referrals are not allowed. Our system automatically flags matching IP addresses, names, and billing info. Any commissions generated from your own purchases will be voided. However, the more helpful you are as an affiliate or as a member, in general, can earn freebies and discounts.

Art Mechanix reserves the right to manually review and deny any commissions that appear to be self-referrals or fraudulent signups. Affiliates found attempting to circumvent the system to gain personal discounts and payouts or representing the brand and our work in a damaging manner (spam, harassment, illegal activities, breaking platform policies, etc.) will have all pending commissions forfeited, and both their affiliate account and membership revoked.
