I earned my second IT industry certification at the end of April. This time it was the CompTIA Network+, which validates an Internet Technology professional’s expertise in managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring wired and wireless networks. The exam covered SOHO (small office, home office) settings up to corporate enterprise environments.
Technically, I also earned a third certification at the same time. It’s called a CIOS, which is CompTIA IT Operations Specialist. It’s a “stackable certification” that’s automatically issued when a tech professional earns both the A+ and Network+ certifications.
