About This Project
Helped design, populate and maintain a knowledge base and internal resources for Comcast's data science department. Helped produce internal instructional video content.
- Developed and managed a WordPress knowledge base for 1,200+ Comcast data scientists, engineers, analysts, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Developed and installed WordPress themes and plugins, resolved team wishlist within first month, and increased traffic by 30%. Collaborated with end users to provide timely resolution to issues by integrating new solutions into existing platforms.
- Tested and debugged code in an Agile environment with user feedback. Analyzed chatbot logic using prompt engineering techniques and extensive testing to provide optimization feedback.
- Installed required plugins and additional coding to fit final design and functionality requirements. Strategized solutions that saved the department over $500 per quarter .
My work earned a special citation from the Director of Comcast's Data Science department at its Philadelphia headquarters, shared across the entire department's internal channels, including the Data Experience (dX)/Software Engineering subdepartment. My contract was extended, and I took on additional responsibilities. I was also trusted with access to additional employee resources, even as a contractor.
