Poperratic: Zero Hero @ International MetaKansk Video Festival (JetLAG Festival)

The animated music clip for Poperratic’s “Zero Hero” has been selected as a finalist for the Music Video competition at the 22nd International Metakansk Video Festival! The video was directed and animated by Jammes Luckett.
MetaKansk will hold three international screenings:
- June 21, 2025 – JetLAG Festival’s main stage, Downsville, NY, USA - Program starts at 11:30pm
- November, TBA – Amsterdam, Netherlands
- December 5-6, 2025 – Teatro Italia, Gallipoli, Italy – Jury competition finale

MetaKansk Film Festival
Enchanted School Bus and Central Stage
After a very cool experience last year, Metakansk returns to JetLAG with a new batch of music-driven cinema from around the world. This year’s lineup features short films by young directors — animation, experiment, documentary, and fiction — all woven into a rich visual soup. Catch the main program on the Central Stage after the concerts. The second set — lo-fi vintage gems from the Metakansk archive — screens periodically through the JetLAG weekend within the enchanted school bus on PANGEA. A traveling festival of cinematic oddities and sonic visions.
JetLAG Festival is located at Peaceful Valley Campsite: 485 Banker Road, Downsville, NY 13755. The festival is in a remote location without cellphone service. Driving or Carpooling is the best way to get there. If you are considering public transportation, the nearest bus or train station is in Oneonta, NY (50 mins away from Downsville).
