Depending on the situation, your account may be reinstated.

The costs of the arbitration (including the arbitrator’s fees, and any required travel and accommodation for Art Mechanix Entertainment) will generally be paid by the losing party unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Legal Fees: If there is a lawsuit or arbitration, the winning party (the one who wins the case) can ask the other party to pay their reasonable legal fees and any costs that came up during the process, like attorney’s fees or other expenses.

Frivolous Claims: If a claim is found to be frivolous or unreasonable (for example, if a claim is made without any real basis or proof), the party who made the claim will have to pay the other party’s fees and costs for arbitration and other legal representation, no matter who started the case.
