Helped design, populate and maintain a knowledge base and internal resources for Comcast's data science department. Helped produce internal instructional video content.

•  Developed and managed a WordPress knowledge base for 1,200+ Comcast data scientists, engineers, analysts, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Developed and installed WordPress themes and plugins, resolved team wishlist within first month, and increased traffic by 30%. Collaborated with end users to provide timely resolution to issues by integrating new solutions into existing platforms.
• Tested and debugged code in an Agile environment with user feedback. Analyzed chatbot logic using prompt engineering techniques and extensive testing to provide optimization feedback.
